According to the latest data released by the Federal Statistics Office of Germany, affected by the coVID-19 epidemic
Germany’s exports of goods in April 2020 were 75.7 billion euros, down 31.1% year on year and the biggest monthly
decline since the export data began in 1950.It also said German exports had been hit hard by border closures across
Europe, global travel restrictions, supply chain disruptions and the impact of international logistics.
