Different shapes of dining tables. There are circles, ellipses, squares, rectangles, and irregular shapes. We need to choose according to the size of the house and the number of family members.
Square table
A square table of 76 cm * 76 cm and a rectangular table of 107 cm * 76 cm are commonly used dining table sizes. If the chair can be extended into the bottom of the table, even a small corner, a six-seater dining table can be placed. When dining, just pull out the required table. The width of the 76 cm dining table is a standard size, at least it should not be less than 70 cm, otherwise, when sitting on the table, the table will be too narrow and touch your feet.
The feet of the dining table are best retracted in the middle. If the four feet are arranged in the four corners, it is very inconvenient. The height of the table is usually 71 cm, with a seat of 41.5 cm. The table is lower, so you can see the food on the table clearly when you eat.
Round table
If the furniture in the living room and dining room are square or rectangular, the size of the round table can be increased from 15 cm in diameter. In general small and medium-sized houses, such as using a 120 cm diameter dining table, it is often considered too large. A round table with a diameter of 114 cm can be customized. It can also seat 8-9 people, but it looks more spacious.
If a dining table with a diameter of more than 90 cm is used, although more people can sit, it is not advisable to place too many fixed chairs.
